Terms and Conditions

• Couples who wish to book the Intimate Affairs Service, Micro Wedding Package, You Complete Me Package, or Over the Rainbow Package will be required to sign a contract.

• Events that are within 3 months of scheduling are to be paid in full at the time of booking. 

​​

• Fees/deposits paid within 3 months of service are non-refundable.

​​

• If your wedding is more than 3 months from the time of booking, you have the option to pay in full or hold your date with a $100 deposit. 

​​

• You will receive an invoice from me for any add-on's, excess mileage, hotel/lodging, along with payment options available.

​​

• All pricing (EXCEPT Just Make it Legal Service) includes travel within my service area which is no more than a 1 hour drive from Liberty Twp., If I agree to any weddings outside of my regular service area, extra fees will apply. Please inquire for further details.

• Just Make it Legal Service includes couples who travel to Liberty Twp ONLY. If any travel outside of Liberty is required, your service will be automatically be upgraded to the Intimate Affairs Service. 

​​

• Ritual ceremony (i.e. unity candle, sand ceremony, wine ceremony, hand fasting, etc. ) can be added to the Intimate Affairs Service for an additional $100. 

​​

• Rehearsal time can be added for an additional charge of $150 for the first 90 minutes and $50 for each additional 30 minutes. 

​

• If a rehearsal is needed, this needs to be requested upfront prior to booking to ensure that I will be available. Due to my extremely packed schedule, I am typically unable to accommodate week day/week night rehearsals. 

​

• Only rehearsals for medium to large wedding parties will be accommodated. Couples who are only planning a best man and maid of honor really do not need a rehearsal. 

​

• I can only accommodate rehearsals with venues within 30 minutes of my location. We do not necessarily need to rehearse at the wedding venue; a park or other type of meeting hall can easily serve as a makeshift location. 

​​

• All pricing is subject to change. 

​​

• All Ceremonies include signing and filing of legal documents.

​​

• Packages come with a Keepsake Marriage Certificate.

​​

• Witnesses can be provided at a rate of $25 per person. 

​​

• Hotel/lodging costs are NOT included, and will be billed based on facility charges. 

​​

• On the rare occasion that I agree to provide services outside my service area, overnight stays are an additional $200 per night (plus the cost of lodging).

​​

• All services can be paid via check, cash, credit card, PayPal, and Venmo but must be paid in full before time of service.
